Another Supper Club evening at Chef Pam's Kitchen and this time is Seafood Night. This is evening is unique as you will not cook with Chef Pam but rather sit back and enjoy the 6 course meal prepared for you. She will come table side to explain each course in detail as it is served to you. We will start out with a jumbo sea scallop wrapped in bacon with a dijon maple glaze. Then on to her family's recipe of New England creamy clam "chowda". The next course will pay homage to the eastern shores of Maryland with a fresh lump crab cake with a citrus aioli. Next it's on to steamed mussels in a garlic and white wine with baguette slices to enjoy every last bit of sauce left in the bowl. The final seafood course is baked stuffed shrimp with a traditional east coast sherry stuffing. To finish off the evening, a Maine blueberry cobbler to end with a little something sweet. And you didn't even have to travel to the east coast to enjoy this delicious sampling of seafood!
