Chef Pam's Kitchen

Benvenuto to a fun and delicious Italian Night at Chef Pam's Kitchen.  We will start out with a prosciutto and honey dew melon appetizer ... a delicious pairing of sweet and salty.  Then on to preparing together chicken piccata with a white wine sauce and charred leeks with blood orange slices.  To end the evening with a little something sweet we will make a creamy Italian ricotta limoncello cake.  Can you say, Buon Appetito?
