Join us for our 2nd Supper Club of the year - 'Think Spring' is the theme and check out the menu below.

1st course

Strawberry, Spinach and Hot Bacon Dressing Salad
Fresh strawberries over baby spinach leaves, crumbled Goat’s cheese, candied Walnuts and drizzled with a warm bacon dressing.

2nd course
Sea Scallop - Seared Sea Scallop sitting on a bed of creamy boursin cheese corn relish with cherry

tomatoes served with a lemon, thyme beurre blanc

3rd course

Spring is in the air lasagna prepared with fresh lump crabmeat, asparagus in a creamy

béchamel sauce.

4th course

Italian porchetta slice wrapped in pork belly accompanied by

olive oil, garlic broccolini

5th course

Strawberry Basil Shortcake made with strawberries in a basil simple syrup

and garnished with fresh almond flavored whipped cream

PLEASE NOTE: This event, unlike the Chef assist classes where you cook with our CPK team; you will sit and enjoy and let us do the cooking. Doors open at 5:30, event starts at 6:00.
