Come join Chef Pam for an evening celebrating everything spring.  We will start out with the appetizer, individual caramelized garlic, spinach and cheddar tarts.  Then on to asparagus and toasted walnut farfalle pasta with a creamy mascarpone sauce for the main entree.  We will finish off the evening with blueberry hand pies with fresh almond whipped cream and lemon zest garnish.  THINK spring!
