Chef Pam's Kitchen

Chef Pam is excited to host Girl Scout Troop 4296, a group of teens who will be preparing a delicious Italian dish together.  We will learn a few knife skills as we mince and chop herbs and vegetables to make chicken saltimboca for the entree.  Then on to a little something sweet with chocolate decadence cakes with drizzled chocolate ganache and fresh whipped cream as a garnish.  Can you say, "Yum?!".
