Chef Pam lived in a small town outside of Naples, Italy called, Pozzouli.  It was on the water and along the bay of Pozzouli was a large fish market displaying all the fresh fish and seafood caught that morning and for sale to the public.  This is where she fell in love with the many Italian fish dishes.  In this class, we will showcase some of the fish recipes she learned there.  We will start out with whole shrimp prepared with olive oil, fresh parsley and minced garlic and then baked for the appetizer.  Then on to preparing one other favorite pastas, Spaghetti ala Vongole, with a white wine, garlic and cherry tomato sauce.  For dessert, everyone will prepare their own limoncello tiramisu.
