Let's awaken those taste buds from a cold winter and bring them alive with the tastes of springtime. To start out, we will create a leek and kale galette with creamy mascarpone, gruyere cheese and a garnish of microgreens. For our main entree, each couple will prepare their own rack of lamb with a mustard, rosemary, dijon crust to bake off accompanied with honey glazed carrots and parsnips along with a potato duchess. To end with a sweet note and keeping with our springtime theme, everyone will make individual strawberry, rhubarb crisps.
