Join us for an evening enjoying the Tastes and Flavors of Springtime! We'll start out our first course with a spring panzanella salad made with fresh peas, arugula, spring onion, herbed croutons and a wedge of creamy ricotta. Our next course will be a rosemary, garlic shrimp skewer brushed with a lemon, garlic butter. The third course will be a fresh pasta made in house with mushrooms, asparagus and toasted walnuts in a light sauce. The final savory course will be a garlic butter baked salmon with a creamy, dill mustard sauce. To finish off our evening with a little something sweet everyone will enjoy strawberry, rhubarb crumble with a scoop of our Artisan/owner of Creme de Liqueur, Elizabeth's custard. I can smell the springtime air already!
This is an evening where Chef Pam and her team do all the cooking and you sit back enjoy learning more about springtime cuisine. Doors open at 5:30pm and we will begin serving dinner at 6pm. A special "strawberry rhubarb" mimosa will be available for purchase as well as wine, beer and flavored seltzers.
