Chef Pam is excited to host an evening learning how to prepare a stuffed pork tenderloin.  The appetizer will be a caramelized red onion and goat cheese baguette to start us off.  Then each couple will butterfly their own tenderloin, stuff it with a bacon and mushroom stuffing and truss the tenderloin for the oven.  To finish off the evening with a little something sweet we will make a bourbon glazed bread pudding garnished with fresh whipped cream.

Class is for adults only. Minimum of 6 required to hold the class.
