The French Macaron is an elegant and delicious cookie. Pastry Chef Elizabeth Lindberg will guide you through the process, in this hands-on class. From sifting the proper ingredients to perfecting the folding technique, you will learn to create these delectable cookies. Everyone will take home a dozen packaged macarons in three delicious flavors: lemon curd, raspberry white chocolate, and Chef Elizabeth's favorite banana ganache. You will sample all three flavors while creating your own to take home, see you in class.
