Let's create a personalized cake! We will each make a vanilla cake with lemon buttercream and raspberry filling. Chef Melanie will also walk you through how to prepare fresh flowers to decorate. Note: we will be using flowers that are in season at the time of the class. Your cake will be a two-layer six-inch cake, the perfect size to serve 8 people. An amuse bouche will be offered at the beginning of the class to start out savory before delving into the world of sweetness!
