Seafood Extravaganza is BACK! Join Chef Pam for a night enjoying homage to her New England background where she does all the cooking. We will start the evening with creamy clam chowder with oyster crackers. Then on to scallops wrapped in bacon with a maple, dijon glaze. Fresh lump crab cake with a citrus aioli for the third course of seafood. We will end the savory side of the night with 3-4 oz of fresh Maine lobster with drawn butter from our star of the show, the 10-15 lb lobster from our good friends at Mainelobsternow.com. And of course finish off with a little something sweet. I can smell the salty air now blowing in from Maine! Due to covid spacing, we are strictly limiting the class size so this will sell-out fast.
