Chef Pam is excited to host another French couples night. We will start out by preparing gougeres with a garnish of apple compote, crispy prosciutto and fried sage leaf for our appetizer. Then on to chicken cordon bleu with a hollandaise sauce. To finish off the evening with a little something sweet each couple will make their own pear galette with a warm, salted maple glaze.
