Chef Pam is excited to host an evening exploring Thai cuisine together. We will start off with preparing lettuce wraps for our appetizer. Then on to learning about mussels cooked the Thai way with lemon grass and coconut milk and of course slices of baguettes to dip into the juice. To finish off the evening wit a little something sweet fried banana, cinnamon and brown sugar rice paper desserts with chocolate ganache drizzled over them.
