Chef Pam is excited to host a Family Gathering for Dinner private event. We will start out with crispy, mozzarella stuffed meatballs with an ensalada caprese garnish for the appetizer. Then on to preparing together a traditional New England baked stuffed shrimp with toasted coconut, mango rice side. To finish off the evening everyone will help Chef Pam prep and finish off an apple crisp with fresh whipped cream and a salted maple glaze. Food and fellowship gathered around the table for a fun evening!
