Chef Pam is excited to host another couples class as we travel to France to experience the cuisine from Paris! We will start out the evening with the famous Croque- Monsieurs only in a mini appetizer form. Then on to making the traditional Coquille St. Jacques with each couple making their own gratin dish to share. Of course the evening will finish off with a little something sweet as we prepare a pear gallette with salted maple glaze.
