Join Chef Pam for a fun evening learning all about salmon!  We will start out the evening making salmon croquettes with a fresh dill, sriracha sauce for our appetizer.  Then on to preparing a dijon, tarragon potato encrusted salmon with lemon, parmesan orzo for the entree.  To finish off the evening with a little something sweet everyone will enjoy mini lemon, meringue eclairs. It's fishy and good!

Class is for adults only. Minimum of 6 required to hold the class.
