Chef Pam is excited to offer a two day teen cooking camp learning how to make ravioli together with a fresh Italian red sauce. Day one we will learn a few knife cuts and make our fresh red sauce and the ravioli meat filling. We will also make an Italian tomato, mozzarella, fresh basil bruschetta to enjoy while making the red sauce. Day two we will be making fresh pasta from scratch and sheeting it out to make ravioli together. Everyone will then sit and enjoy the fruits of their labor eating fresh ravioli with homemade sauce together. Can you say, "Buon Appetito?".
