Chef Pam is excited to offer a fun evening traveling to Italy minus the jet lag as we share her love for all things Italian cuisine night! This evening is unique as you will not cook with Chef Pam but sit back and enjoy the 5 course meal prepared by the Chef. We will start out with an eggplant, fresh mozzarella and tomato stack nestled on a bed of arugula and drizzled with olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar. The next course will be beef spiedini made with tender beef filled with a parmesan, red sauce and parsley bread crumb mix. Then on to what the Italian's call the primi piati or first course which is traditionally a pasta course. Chef Pam will prepare bolognese lasagna with fresh pasta sheets and homemade ricotta cheese. The segunda piati or second plate in Italy is usually a meat or fish course. You will enjoy the traditional osso buco with gremolata garnish. To finish off the evening everyone will get profiterole's filled with a cafe espresso cream and garnished with chocolate ganache. Can you say Buon Appetito?
