Chef Pam is excited to welcome the founder of the Facebook group, "Cooking with Coya" for a Creole Cuisine class at the kitchen. Lyncoya has been featured in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and enjoys hosting virtual and in person cooking classes. We will start out by preparing crawfish rangoon with a spicy remoulade sauce for the appetizer. Then on to learning how to make homemade gumbo with chicken and andouille sausage over white rice. To finish off the evening with a little something sweet everyone will make peach hand pies with fresh whipped cream.
