Chef Pam is hosting a fun and delicious St. Patrick's Day cooking class ... no blarney! The appetizer will put a little twist on corn beef and cabbage with little hey, hey sauerkraut balls with the corned beef inside them and a dipping sauce for garnish. Then on to making your very own Shepherd's Pie with the traditional mash on top that everyone will get to torch themselves. To finish off the evening with a little something sweet everyone will get a mini Dublin Irish cheesecake. One of Chef Pam's favorite celebrations is St. Patrick's Day after traveling to Ireland when she was in the Navy. Don't forget to wear your best green outfit for the evening of celebration.
