Back by popular demand another Spanish Night to enjoy the southern Spain cuisine minus the jet lag! Chef Pam spent two weeks in September in the South of Spain learning more tapas recipes. For this class, we will make Spanish garlic shrimp with baguettes to soak up the delicious garlic, olive oil known for this region, Andalusia. Then on to learning how to prepare a mixed paella with the bomba rice known to Spain with shrimp, chorizo and chicken thighs. Of course the night would not be complete without a sweet ending and so we will finish off with mini rum cakes with toasted coconut and diced fresh pineapple.
