Chef Pam is excited to offer another pasta making class. We will make homemade pasta dough, learn how to sheet it out and make hand cut ravioli together. The ravioli will be filled with a delicious ground pork and mozzarella filling and topped with a red, vodka sauce. To start out the evening we will make the traditional Italian tomato bruschetta. Of course we need to end the evening with a little something sweet. Everyone will prepare an individual tiramisu to enjoy after their pasta course. Buon Appetito!
