Back by popular demand another Spanish Night to enjoy the southern Spain cuisine minus the jet lag! We will make a potato and onion traditional tapas tortilla with the romesco sauce from this region, Andalusia. Then on to learning how to prepare a mixed paella with the bomba rice known to Spain with shrimp, chorizo and chicken thighs. Of course the night would not be complete without a sweet ending and so we will finish off with mini rum bundt cakes with toasted coconut and diced pineapple.
