Come join Chef Pam as she winds up the Mardi Gras celebrations on Fat Tuesday with the New Orlean's cuisine! It will be a fun time with beads and masks included to complete the evening.  We will start out by preparing a fresh lump crab meat crab cake with a home made cajun aoli.  Then on to creating the traditional Mardi Gras jambalaya with Andouille sausage, chicken and shrimp.  To finish off the evening we will make beignets to end this celebration with the sweet ending it deserves.
