Join us for a fun evening with a taste of New England. Chef Pam grew up there eating and cooking lots of seafood, especially lobster at her New Hampshire beach house every summer. Everyone will get their own 'live' 1 1/4 lb lobster to learn how to prepare and stuff with a delicious, scallop stuffing. This will be accompanied by creamy coleslaw and sweet corn along with drawn butter. To end the meal with a little something sweet, everyone will get a mini Boston cream pie for dessert. I can smell the salty, sea air now!
