Chef Pam is excited to get the Mardi Gras celebration started with the first supper club of 2022! We will start out the evening with a crawfish dip with herbed baguette slices. Then on to fresh lump crabcakes with a cajun aioli. The next course will be chicken gumbo made the traditional New Orleans style. Crawfish etouffee spheres with a remoulade garnish is our next small plate. Of course the meal would not be complete without the star of the show: jambalaya with shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage. We will finish off the evening with beignets drizzled with a cafe creme anglaise. Beads and masks of course will be at your place setting to celebrate in style!
