Chef Pam is excited to offer a fun evening learning how to prepare rock cornish hens with a cranberry, orange sauce and stuffed with wild rice. Each couple will get their own rock cornish hen to work with and we will also prepare honey, garlic glazed carrots for our side to this entree. Our appetizer we will make is a roasted butternut squash, sage and marscapone bruschetta. To finish off the evening with a little something sweet, we will put together a bread pudding with a bourbon sauce. A definite comfort meal to share together.
