Chef Pam is offering a Not Your WI Fish Fry class for the Lenten season. We will start out by frying our very own WI cheese curds with a special dipping sauce. Then we will take a twist on the usual fish fry with a baked cod with an herbed chili sauce and a zucchini cake instead of the potato pancake. For the zucchini cake we will prepare a delicious herbed whipped cream garnish. Of course the night will be complete when we finish it off with the traditional WI cream puff with a drizzle of chocolate ganache.
Class is for adults only and minimum of 6 required to hold the class.
