Chef Pam is excited to host a fun evening learning how to make pasta from scratch. We will start out with making our dough by hand, then sheeting it out and hand cutting it into tagliatelle. Chef Pam loves to share her love for pasta making that she learned when living in southern Italy for two years. Of course we will also prepare two fresh sauces for the fresh pasta: carabonara and a creamy red vodka sauce. To finish off the evening we will make a traditional southern Italian olive oil cake.
