This is it, the last and final Mardi Gras class celebrating Fat Tuesday! Come join Chef Pam and celebrate the New Orlean's cuisine for a fun evening with beads and masks included to complete the evening.  We will start out by preparing a fresh lump crab cake with a homemade cajun aioli.  Then on to creating the traditional Mardi Gras jambalaya with Andouille sausage, chicken and shrimp.  To finish off the evening we will make beignets with a cafe anglaise sauce to end this celebration with the sweet it deserves.

Class is for adults only and minimum of 6 required to hold the class.
