Come celebrate Valentine's Day with Chef Pam as we prepare a traditional New England baked stuffed lobster with a sea scallop stuffing. Lobsters, our star of the evening, will be flown in from Maine that morning. We will also prepare together coconut shrimp with a mango salsa for the appetizer. And to finish off the evening with a little something sweet we will make chocolate decadence cakes with chocolate ganache and sugared raspberries as the garnish. A complimentary glass of Italian prosecco will accompany your dessert.
