Chef Pam is excited to host a Valentine's evening to remember! We will start out with an appetizer of Steak au poivre potato bites for the appetizer. Then on to the star of the show with lobster thermidor prepared with fresh Maine lobsters flown in that morning. To finish off the evening we will end with heart shaped filled cream puffs with a raspberry coulis and a chocolate ganache drizzle. Everyone will enjoy a complimentary glass of Italian prosecco to accompany the sweet ending of the evening.
