Doors Open 5:30, Event starts at 6

Come join Chef Pam& her team of Chef's for our annual Holiday Supper Club.

Dinner includes;

1st Course - Cream of Brie Soup with julienne apple and crispy shallot garnish

2nd Course - Winter salad with spinach and arugula, pomegranate perils and candied
pecans with a fig, balsamic dressing

3rd Course - House made pasta with a fresh herbed, parmesan cream sauce with
roasted red peppers and wilted spinach

4th Course
Beef Wellington with a savory mushroom duxelle, red wine reduction
and accompanied by haricot verts, garlic and thyme butter

5th Course - Eggnog Tres Leche Cake with a cranberry reduction sauce and eggnog
cream garnish

This event, unlike the Chef assist classes where you cook with our CPK team; you will sit and enjoy and let us do the cooking.

Doors open at 5:30pm and dinner service begins at 6pm.
