Chef Pam will be working with the class to prepare three comfort soups for the cold, winter nights ahead. The first soup we will make is potato leek soup with potato frizzle and chive garnish. Then on to carrot bisque with an herbed whipped cream garnish and finish off the evening with a Italian sausage and corn chowder. Of course we will end the evening with a little something sweet. I can smell the aroma of hot soup now!
