Chef Pam's Kitchen

An evening enjoying Italian cuisine. We'll start out making a crispy mozzarella stuffed meatball with an ensalada caprese garnish. Then onto preparing chicken saltimboca with roasted garlic, rosemary mashed potatoes and maple, roasted butternut squash, dried cranberry and blue cheese vegetable side. We'll finish the night off making Individual Tiramisu for everyone. Can you say, "Buon Appetito?".
