Chef Pam is excited to share her love for the holidays and festive, delicious food! For this class we will be making beef tenderloin with a red wine reduction sauce accompanied by haricot verts wrapped in prosciutto and creamy, potato dauphinoise. For the appetizer, we will prepare beef tenderloin, caramelized red onion and a horseradish cream potato bite. Of course we will end the meal with something sweet making mini eggnog cheesecakes garnished with a cranberry compote and fresh whipped cream.
