Chef Pam is excited to offer a special Italian cuisine evening sharing her love for the holidays she spent living in the Naples, Italy area. We will start out by preparing an appetizer of eggplant rollatini with spinach and ricotta filling and fresh red sauce. Then on to making a delicious roasted red pepper, sun dried tomato and cream sauce for over penne pasta. To finish off the evening, we will all be learning how to make a traditional Neapolitan dessert for the holidays: Struffoli. Buon Natale!
