Ready for some amazing Italian food for a pre-holiday celebration? We will start out the evening learning how to make arancini, a risotto ball that has fresh mozzarella and pizelli stuffed inside and then breaded. The arancini is finished off with a fresh red sauce for garnish. Our main course will be pasta with creamy red vodka sauce made with diced bacon to add a smoky layer of flavor and garnished with parmesan cheese. To end with a little something sweet everyone will help make individual tiramisu for dessert.
