It's time to "Deck the Halls" with a festive Charcuterie board! Join us for an evening creating delicious charcuterie boards together at Chef Pam's Kitchen. We will learn how to make prosciutto ribbons and salami roses to place among a variety of cheeses. We will also make a spiced cranberry jam, peppermint chocolate bars and sweet and spicy peppadew peppers stuffed with herbed goat cheese for accoutrements to complement our Christmas holiday theme. Each participant will take home a charcuterie board they created at a value of $50.
We will also provide a bruschetta appetizer during the class.
