Chef Pam is excited to host another teen cooking class and this one is for holiday fare! We will start out by making steak au poivre potato bites where you will learn how to sear beef tenderloin for this appetizer. Then on to create mini German chocolate cakes with sugared raspberries and a mint leaf for the Christmas garnish for our sweet item. This should get you all in the holiday spirit!
