Chef Pam is excited to host a holiday party supper club for everyone to begin the festivities of the season! This supper club is Chef's choice and I am very excited to share my love for the holidays with you all. Our first course will be a porto bello stuffed mushroom. Then on to the second course with a beef tenderloin, horseradish cream and caramelized red onion appetizer on a potato bed. Our salad course will be next with Granny smith apple, slivers of red onion, blue cheese and crispy prosciutto. The next course is a delectable shrimp bisque with a sherry garnish. The primi piatti for this dinner is a goat cheese and cream cheese ravioli dish with an herbed parmesan, cream sauce with roasted red peppers and spinach for of course that red and green festive color combination. The final savory course for the evening will be a garlic braised short rib with a red wine, rosemary reduction sauce. To finish of the evening we will end with something sweet ... of course Chef's choice. Join us for this fun evening celebrating the season!
