Chef Pam is offering for you to travel to southern Spain for an evening of Spanish cuisine without the jet lag! We will start out by making a traditional Spanish tapas of garlic shrimp with herbed baguettes to dip into the garlic, sherry butter. Then on to making a traditional Spanish mixed paella with chicken thighs, chorizo and shrimp. The evening will finish off with mini rum bundt cakes with a rum glaze and toasted coconut garnish.
