Chef Pam is excited to welcome back the Mukwonago Date Night group for a fun evening learning about Greek Cuisine! We will start out the evening with saganaki, the infamous flaming cheese accompanied by herbed baguettes. Then on to preparing the traditional Greek salad with slices of feta cheese on top. Pork loin shish kebab is the entree with a marinade handed down to Chef Pam from her Albanian Grandfather and Father and of course rice pilaf with a garnish of tatziki sauce for the shish kebabs. To finish off the evening we will learn how to construct baklava to end the meal with a little something sweet garnished with candied walnuts and cinnamon whipped cream. Can you say, "Opa?'.
