Chef Pam is excited to share her love of Italian cuisine having lived in southern Italy for two years. Together we will explore preparing delicious arrancini with fresh red sauce for the appetizer. Then on to the main entree, where you will learn how to pan fry a chicken breast to make chicken saltimbocca. The literal translation to English means, "jump in your mouth" because it is so good with minced sage, prosciutto and shredded Italian cheeses. For dessert we will make mini limoncello bundt cakes with a mascarpone butter cream glaze. Buon Appetito!
