Chef Pam is excited to host an evening showcasing hot sauces by Matt Cook. For over 10 years, Matt has been growing peppers and making his own sauce for friends and family. The demand for his signature flavors became so great, he decided to start Cranky Dragons'. He is proud to share with you his passion for the robust colors, fresh flavors and signature heat each bottle brings to your meal. We will start with preparing a fresh peach and creamy goat cheese bruschetta topped with a hot honey sauce. Then on to chili making to highlight his red hot sauce with fresh cornbread. And of course we will finish off the evening with a little something sweet paired with another of Matt's hot sauces. Join us for this fun evening learning more about hot sauce making and Matt's passion.
