Join us for an evening learning how to create a delicious Thanksgiving themed charcuterie board that you can share with family and friends on the big day or gift to a host or hostess. We will work with a variety of cheeses and learn how to make salami roses and prosciutto ribbons. Fall accoutrements will be added on to highlight the season with a cranberry compote, leaf designed brie and white chocolate, cranberry and walnut bark. You will leave with a $50 valued charcuterie board and a lot of fun memories making it with the rest of the class.
