Chef Pam is excited to showcase a fall menu with some of her favorite fall vegetables and fruits. We will start out by making cranberry compote, thyme and brie pastry cups as our appetizer. Then on to preparing a fall pasta dish with roasted butternut squash, shaved brussel sprouts in a brown butter sauce and garnished with pumpkin seed, sage and parsley pesto. To finish off the evening we will prepare individual apple crisps with fresh cinnamon whipped cream. I can feel fall in the air as I write this to you all!
