Chef is excited to host another Thai Cuisine class at the kitchen! We will begin with learning how to prepare ground beef lettuce wraps as our appetizer. Then on to the star of the show, lemon grass and coconut milk Thai mussels accompanied by herbed olive oil baguettes. We will also prepare a salad of Granny smith apples and carrots with fresh cilantro and lime juice for our salad course. To finish off the evening we will prepare banana cinnamon rice paper rolls garnished with chocolate ganache and fresh cinnamon whipped cream.
