Chef Pam is excited to have the Linden Grove group back again in her kitchen for a holiday gathering! We will start out the evening preparing crispy caprese meatballs stuffed with fresh mozzarella and garnished with an ensalada caprese. Then on to learning how to make fresh egg pasta from scratch and hand cutting it into tagliatelle. We will make a creamy, red vodka sauce for the pasta. For a little something sweet, everyone will learn how to bake off profiterole, a traditional Italian dessert with vanilla bean ice cream inside and garnished with chocolate ganache and fresh whipped cream.
